History Teamwork Technology started in 1993 by Fred Gardner and Hans van Breugel. Both pioneers and visionaries. In the following years the company grew to over 12 people. During this period several projects started to become profitable. This made the investment into new projects and business possible and created a spectrum of special purpose companies. In 2003 Teamwork Technology was re-organised and many of the employees started to work in the new companies or created their own company. 2004 was a very successful year when the AWS produced the first renewable energy into the grid. After 10 years of development, not only the technology of producing electricity from waves was proven, but the philosophy that makes teamwork work as well. 2007 is a year of reflection, several project are successful and being pushed into the market as grown up business. The Teamwork methodology was has been documented together with Technical university of Eindhoven, and is being integrated as the core of the company. New team members are joining and new areas exploited, like sustainable housing and large scale solar energy are being set up. In 2008 the fifteenth anniversary of Teamwork is celebrated. 2008 marks the start of a new Teamwork, as 15 years of experience will be incorporated into the organization of the future. In 2009 Teamwork Technology BV will be changed into a Cooperative company. But still working on sustainable solutions in existing and new fields of interest.
